As a member of Palletways we have use the Digital Information Hub. Featuring an online track & trace system that is the most advanced within the sector, enabling the current status of every pallet in the UK and Europe, to be identified without the need for a phone call. Detailed status levels are shown along with GPS tracking and email notifications to the end customer with real time POD (Proof of Delivery) available minutes after delivery has been made.  Palletways is the only UK network to offer this transparent, web-based, real time solution to both its Network Members and their end customers.

Pallet Connect is a web based collection and delivery system allowing customers to automatically request collections, manifest and label consignments from their own premises enabling an even management of workflow in warehouse facilities, giving total control and later order cut off times whilst reducing the risks of potential keying error. Pallet Connect is accessed through the Palletways Portal.
